Quality Control:
| 1. | Introduce ISO quality control system, set up the target of quality. |
| 2. | Constant temperature management is used in production department, to reduce the distortion of material because of temperature change. |
| 3. | Staffs will inspect their product after every step, if OK, they will transfer to QC room and get re-check, and if OK, can be arranged to next step. |
| 4. | Using Japanese advanced inspection machine, in order to fit customer's inspection result. |
| 5. | Make clear process for complex parts, and check the staff's way in production department. |
| 6. | Prohibit the welding, lacking, NG grinding or EDM surface. |
| 7. | Control the quality of material, heat treatment, dimension NG and lack manufacturing strictly. |
